- Bulky waste (except major appliances)
- Demolition waste
- Construction waste
- Soil
- Rock
- Concrete (without rebar)
- Other non-hazardous, non-liquid, non-putrescible waste suitable for landfilling or recycling

Items Not Accepted
The following materials are not accepted at this facility:
- Regulated yard waste
- Major appliances
- Waste tires (as described in 10 CSR 80-8)
- Lead acid batteries
- Hazardous waste in regulated quantities
- Radioactive materials
- Explosives
- Compressed gas cylinders
- Incinerator residues
- Industrial special wastes
- Liquid wastes (other than household waste in small containers)
- Motor oil
- Pesticides (other than household waste in small containers)
- Combustible dust
- Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in regulated quantities
- Bulk liquids
- Flammable or volatile substances
- Septic tank pumpings
- Infectious waste (as described in 10 CSR 80-7010)
- Non-household universal waste
- Animal waste
- Asbestos containing materials
- Closed barrels, drums, or containers (1 gallon or larger) containing unknown materials

Disposal Rates
- $105.00 per ton
- $52.50 minimum charge
- $25.00 no tarp fee
- $5.00 per ton environmental fee
